Convergence Time

Convergence time refers to the length of time it takes for a system, process, or algorithm to reach a stable or intended outcome. For example, in machine learning, it’s how long it takes for a model to learn from data and produce consistent, accurate results. In networks, it’s how quickly devices or nodes synchronize or agree on information. Essentially, it measures how quickly a system settles into its final, stable state after starting or after changes are made. Understanding convergence time helps in evaluating the efficiency and responsiveness of systems.
