Constitutional Assembly of AJK

The Constituent Assembly of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) is the elected body responsible for drafting, amending, and enacting the constitution of AJK. It comprises representatives chosen by the people of AJK through elections. The Assembly ensures the governance framework, protects citizens' rights, and maintains the region’s autonomy under the broader context of Pakistan and the Kashmir dispute.
