Constantinos Mitsotakis

Constantinos Mitsotakis was a Greek politician and diplomat, born in 1918, and the father of Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the current Prime Minister of Greece. He served as Prime Minister of Greece from 1989 to 1990 and held various governmental roles, including Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of National Economy. A member of the conservative New Democracy party, he was known for his pro-European stance, economic reforms, and efforts to modernize Greece’s economy. Mitsotakis' career was marked by his dedication to public service and shaping Greece's post-war political landscape, making him a significant figure in modern Greek history.
