Concord

Concord is the advanced supersonic airplane developed in the 1960s, designed to fly much faster than traditional jets, reaching speeds over twice the speed of sound. It was built for commercial passengers, allowing travelers to cross the Atlantic in about half the usual time. Concord's sleek design and powerful engines enabled it to achieve these high speeds, but it was expensive to operate. Introduced in the 1970s, it symbolized technological innovation in aviation but was retired in 2003 due to high costs and changing market demands. It remains an iconic example of supersonic commercial flight.
