Concessionaires

Concessionaires are companies or individuals authorized to operate a specific business or service within another organization’s premises, often under a contractual agreement. For example, they might run a food stand, retail shop, or service booth in an airport, stadium, or amusement park. They pay a fee or share a portion of their revenue to the property owner in exchange for the right to do business there. This arrangement allows property owners to offer diverse services or products without managing them directly, while concessionaires benefit from established foot traffic and a ready customer base.
