Conaculta

CONACULTA, now known as the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (INBAL), is a Mexican government agency responsible for promoting and preserving the country’s cultural heritage. It supports arts, literature, music, and historic sites through funding, programs, and policy development. Its goal is to foster cultural development across Mexico, making arts and cultural expressions accessible to all citizens. By doing so, CONACULTA/INBAL helps maintain Mexico’s rich cultural identity, nurtures artistic talent, and ensures the nation’s cultural traditions are valued and preserved for future generations.
