Computer storage systems

Computer storage systems are devices or media used to save digital data for future use. They include hard drives, SSDs, USB flash drives, and cloud storage. Hard drives and SSDs store data physically inside a computer, while cloud storage saves data on remote servers accessed via the internet. Storage systems differ in speed, capacity, and cost. They enable users to keep documents, photos, software, and other files available whenever needed. Essentially, storage systems are the digital equivalent of a filing cabinet, organizing and preserving information for quick retrieval and long-term preservation.
