commercial leasehold
A commercial leasehold is a legal agreement where a business rents a property from a landlord for a specified period, often several years, to operate its business. The tenant gains the right to use the space but doesn’t own it. During the lease, the tenant typically pays rent and may be responsible for certain expenses, while also adhering to terms set in the lease, such as property maintenance and permitted use. At the end of the lease, the property reverts to the landlord unless the lease is renewed.
