Color anodizing
Color anodizing is a process that enhances aluminum surfaces by creating a durable, protective oxide layer that can also be infused with vibrant colors. During anodization, the aluminum is immersed in an acid electrolyte and electrically charged, causing oxygen to bond with the metal and form a thick, porous oxide film. Dyes are then added into these pores, embedding color into the surface. This technique not only improves corrosion and wear resistance but also allows for aesthetic customization, resulting in a hard, colorful finish that is both functional and visually appealing.
