Colonel Hans von Blixen-Finecke

Colonel Hans von Blixen-Finecke was a Swedish nobleman and officer known for his horse riding skills and equestrian achievements. Born in 1886, he gained recognition in competitive horseback riding, including winning medals at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics. He was also the husband of Karen Blixen, the famous author of "Out of Africa."
