Collective Actions

Collective action refers to the efforts of a group working together to achieve a common goal or address a shared problem. Instead of individuals acting alone, they coordinate their efforts, resources, and strategies to enhance their chances of success. Examples include community protests, environmental movements, or coordinated efforts to improve workplace conditions. Collective action is essential when individual efforts are insufficient to bring about change, leveraging unity and collaboration to overcome challenges that are too large or complex for one person alone.
