Cold brewing

Cold brewing is a method of making coffee by steeping coarsely ground coffee beans in cold water for an extended period, usually 12 to 24 hours. This slow extraction process results in a coffee that is smoother, less acidic, and often more flavorful than traditional hot brewing. Once brewed, the coffee is filtered and served chilled or over ice. Cold brewing requires patience and produces a concentrated coffee that can be diluted with milk or water, making it a versatile, refreshing choice especially in warmer weather.
