Coffee Producers
Coffee producers are individuals or companies involved in growing, harvesting, and processing coffee beans. Most coffee comes from countries near the equator, where the climate is ideal for coffee plants. Producers cultivate two main types of coffee: Arabica, known for its sweetness and complexity, and Robusta, which is stronger and more bitter. After harvesting, beans are processed to remove their outer layers, dried, and often roasted before reaching consumers. These producers play a crucial role in the global coffee supply chain, impacting quality, sustainability, and fair trade practices.
