Cobra Gold

Cobra Gold is a large, ongoing military training exercise held annually in Thailand, involving the United States and several Southeast Asian nations. It aims to enhance military cooperation, readiness, and disaster response capabilities among participating countries. The exercise includes land, air, and sea drills, as well as humanitarian and civic activities like medical aid and community support. Beyond military preparedness, Cobra Gold promotes regional stability, alliance-building, and interoperability, helping countries work together effectively in response to common security challenges and crises.
