Cluster Munition Coalition

The Cluster Munition Coalition (CMC) is an international organization dedicated to banning and eliminating cluster munitions, which are weapons that release multiple smaller bombs over large areas, often causing civilian casualties and leaving dangerous unexploded remnants. The CMC brings together governments, NGOs, and experts to promote treaties like the Convention on Cluster Munitions, advocate for affected communities, and support demining and victim assistance efforts. Its goal is to prevent future tragedies by stopping the use of these weapons and ensuring affected populations receive support for recovery.
