CLL14 Trial

The CLL14 trial was a research study that tested new treatment options for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a type of blood cancer. Participants received either a combination of targeted drugs called venetoclax and obinutuzumab, or standard chemotherapy with chlorambucil and obinutuzumab. The goal was to see which approach was more effective and had fewer side effects. Results showed that the targeted drug combo led to deeper and longer-lasting responses, suggesting it might be a better option for many patients. The trial helped shape new standards for CLL treatment.
