Clinician-reported outcomes

Clinician-reported outcomes are assessments made by healthcare professionals about a patient’s health status, symptoms, or response to treatment. These reports are based on the clinician’s observations, examinations, and medical tests. They provide objective information to evaluate how well a treatment is working or how the disease is progressing.
