Climate Sceptics
Climate skeptics are individuals who question or doubt the mainstream scientific consensus that human activities, especially greenhouse gas emissions, are the primary drivers of recent global warming. While they may acknowledge climate change, skeptics often challenge the severity, causes, or proposed policy responses, emphasizing uncertainties or advocating for alternative explanations. Their perspectives can stem from scientific, economic, or ideological concerns. It's important to distinguish between healthy scientific debate and outright denial; skepticism is a normal part of scientific progress, but widespread consensus supports the view that urgent action is needed to address human-induced climate change.
