Circles of Trust
Circles of Trust refer to the layered levels of confidence and reliability we assign to different groups of people in our lives. The innermost circle includes those we trust most—family and close friends—who have access to our deepest thoughts and feelings. Moving outward, the next layer might be colleagues or acquaintances we trust with less sensitive information. Each layer reflects the degree of confidence and vulnerability we’re comfortable sharing, shaping our interactions and boundaries. This model helps us manage relationships and protect our personal well-being by recognizing whom we can rely on at different levels.
