The Circadian Rhythm Theory suggests that our body's internal clock, known as the circadian rhythm, evolved to optimize survival by aligning our biological processes with the day-night cycle. This rhythm regulates sleep-wake patterns, hormone release, body temperature, and other functions to help us stay alert during daylight and rest at night.
