CIEXYZ

CIEXYZ is a color space developed by the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) that models human vision. It represents colors based on how the human eye perceives brightness and color variations, using three components: X (roughly relates to green and yellow), Y (perceived brightness), and Z (blue). These values serve as a bridge between physical measurements of light and how humans perceive color, enabling consistent color communication and reproduction across different devices and mediums. Essentially, CIEXYZ acts as a universal language for describing colors in a way aligned with human perception.
