Chrysler LLC

Chrysler LLC was an American automobile manufacturer known for producing a range of cars and trucks. It was originally a part of Chrysler Corporation but reorganized as a limited liability company. Chrysler was historically one of the Big Three automakers in the U.S., alongside General Motors and Ford. In 2009, it faced financial struggles during the automotive industry crisis and filed for bankruptcy. With government assistance, Chrysler restructured and eventually became part of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. In 2021, it merged with Stellantis, a global automotive group, forming one of the largest car manufacturers in the world.
