Chronological Age

Chronological age is the actual amount of time a person has lived since their birth, typically measured in years, months, and days. It’s the straightforward, calendar-based age we commonly refer to when saying someone is, for example, 30 or 50 years old. This age doesn’t always reflect a person’s physical health, mental capacity, or overall biological condition, but it provides a standardized way of noting how long someone has been alive according to the calendar.
