Christian angelology

Christian angelology is the study of angels, regarded as spiritual beings created by God to serve and obey Him. Angels are classified into different hierarchies and ranks, such as seraphim, cherubim, and archangels, each with specific roles like worship, protection, and messaging. They are seen as messengers and agents of God's will, assisting humans and executing divine purposes. While not objects of worship themselves, angels occupy a significant place in Christian theology as beings that reflect God's power, holiness, and care for creation.
