Chris Dodd

Chris Dodd is an American politician and attorney known for his long career in the U.S. Senate, representing Connecticut from 1981 to 2011. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as the chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, playing a key role in addressing financial regulation, including the response to the 2008 financial crisis. Dodd also ran for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008.
