Chouinard Art Institute

The Chouinard Art Institute was a prominent art school in Los Angeles, founded in 1921 by artist and teacher Nelbert Chouinard. It offered training in fine arts, design, and illustration, preparing students for careers in commercial and fine arts. Known for its innovative curriculum and faculty, the institute played a key role in shaping California's arts scene.
