Chondrules
Chondrules are small, spherical mineral grains found in many meteorites, formed over 4.5 billion years ago. They originate from molten or partially molten rock droplets that cooled and solidified quickly in the early solar system. These tiny spheres provide clues about the high-temperature processes and environment during the formation of the solar system. Studying chondrules helps scientists understand the early history of planetary materials and the conditions that led to planet formation.
