CHL (Canadian Hockey League)
The Canadian Hockey League (CHL) is a major amateur junior ice hockey organization in Canada and parts of the US, composed of three regional leagues: the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), and Western Hockey League (WHL). It serves as a developmental platform for players aged 16 to 20, many of whom aspire to play professionally, including in the NHL. The CHL features highly competitive hockey, with players balancing education and athletic growth, and culminates annually in the Memorial Cup championship, showcasing the best teams from each league.
