Chinese Dynasties
Chinese dynasties are periods in ancient and imperial China marked by rule from a specific family or lineage. Each dynasty had its own government, culture, and achievements, shaping Chinese history. Notable dynasties include the Han, known for its advancements in science and culture; the Tang, famous for its art and trade; and the Qing, the last dynasty before the establishment of the Republic in 1912. Dynastic rule often involved significant developments in philosophy, technology, and society, with periods of unity followed by fragmentation, leading to the rise of new dynasties and influence in East Asia.
