Charge qubit

A charge qubit is a basic unit of quantum information that uses the position of an electron within a tiny device to represent data. Imagine a very small electronic box where the electron can be in two states: localized in one corner or another. Unlike traditional bits, which are either 0 or 1, a charge qubit can exist in a quantum superposition of both states simultaneously, enabling powerful quantum computations. This approach leverages the electron's charge as the quantum property to encode and manipulate information at the quantum level.
