Change Equation
The Change Equation explains that successful change depends on three key factors: the desire to make the change (D), the clarity of the vision or plan (V), and the actual plan or strategy itself (C). When these three are high, change is more likely to happen smoothly. If any one factor is weak—like resistance (low desire), confusion (poor vision), or inadequate planning—the change process faces obstacles. Essentially, the equation shows that for change to succeed, motivation, a clear direction, and a solid plan must all align and be strong enough.
