Chairman
A chairman is the person who leads and oversees a group or organization, such as a company's board of directors. They ensure meetings run smoothly, set agendas, and guide decision-making. The chairman doesn’t usually handle daily tasks but provides leadership, facilitates discussions, and ensures the organization’s goals and policies are followed. They may also represent the organization externally. Essentially, the chairman acts as a key figure guiding the organization’s strategic direction while supporting and coordinating the efforts of its leaders and members.
