A Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) is a registered nurse with advanced training in midwifery and women's health. They provide comprehensive care to women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, including prenatal checkups, labor support, and newborn care. CNMs also offer family planning, gynecological exams, and health education. They work independently or with physicians, often in clinics, hospitals, or birthing centers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and personalized experience for women during pregnancy and beyond.
