Cerebral Palsy Football, also known as 7-a-side football, is a modified version of soccer designed for athletes with cerebral palsy or similar neurological conditions that affect movement and coordination. Played on a smaller field with seven players per team, it follows rules adapted to accommodate these athletes' abilities. The sport emphasizes skill, strategy, and fair play, promoting inclusion and physical activity. It’s officially recognized by the International Federation of Cerebral Palsy Football (IFCPF) and is part of the Paralympic Games, providing opportunities for athletes with neurological disabilities to compete at a high level.
