CBAF complex

The CBAF complex is a group of proteins that work together to help regulate gene activity by modifying chromatin—the structure of DNA and proteins in our cells. It acts as a molecular machine that can reposition or remodel nucleosomes (DNA wrapped around proteins), making certain genes accessible for activation or repression. This process is crucial for proper cell function, development, and response to signals.
