Catholic Bible

The Catholic Bible is the collection of sacred writings recognized by the Catholic Church as inspired Scripture. It consists of 73 books divided into the Old Testament, which contains texts from Hebrew tradition, and the New Testament, detailing the life and teachings of Jesus Christ and early Christian writings. While sharing many books with other Christian Bibles, the Catholic Bible includes additional texts called the Deuterocanonical books, considered canonical by Catholics. It serves as a spiritual guide, teaching moral principles, faith, and history, and is used in worship, study, and personal reflection.
