Caporegime
A Caporegime, often called a "capo," is a high-ranking member within a criminal organization like a mafia. They act as leaders of smaller groups, or crews, of members underneath the boss. Their role involves managing their crew, making decisions, and carrying out tasks for the organization. In return, they share in the group's profits and hold significant power within the hierarchy. Essentially, a capo functions as a middle-manager, maintaining order and executing the boss's directives across their assigned crew.
