Capital (by Karl Marx)

In Karl Marx’s view, "Capital" refers to the accumulated wealth generated through the production and exchange of goods and services, primarily stored as money or assets that can be used for further production. Marx argues that capital is a social relation rooted in the ownership of productive resources by a few (capitalists), who profit by exploiting workers’ labor. This process creates a cycle where capital expands, but also fosters inequality, as the wealth generated benefits the owners at the expense of workers, leading to ongoing class conflict.
