The Business Model Canvas is a visual tool that helps organizations map out their core components. It breaks down a business into nine building blocks: defining the customer segments, value propositions (what you offer), channels (how you reach customers), customer relationships, revenue streams (how you make money), key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. By seeing these elements together, a business can better understand how it creates and delivers value, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategic plans. It’s a practical way to visualize and analyze all parts of a business in one cohesive chart.
