Canadian Recording Industry Association (CRIA)

The Canadian Recording Industry Association (CRIA), now known as Music Canada, is a trade organization representing Canada's music industry. It advocates for artists, record labels, and publishers, promotes the growth of Canadian music domestically and internationally, and manages copyright issues. CRIA/Music Canada also collects royalties on behalf of creators and helps protect their intellectual property rights, fostering a healthy environment for music production and distribution across Canada.
