Canadian government institutions

The Canadian government is composed of three main parts: the Executive (Prime Minister and Cabinet), which makes and implements laws; the Parliament, including the House of Commons and the Senate, which debates and passes laws; and the Judiciary, including courts, which interprets laws and ensures they are followed. Provinces and territories have their own governments that handle local issues like education and health. These institutions work together through a system of checks and balances to govern the country fairly and effectively.
