
Caleb Swanigan
Caleb Swanigan was an American basketball player known for his college career at Purdue University, where he was recognized as a standout forward and earned All-American honors. Born in 1997 in Indiana, he faced significant challenges in his youth, including homelessness and weight issues, eventually transforming his life through basketball. Swanigan was selected in the second round of the 2017 NBA Draft by the Sacramento Kings. He played for the Kings and later the Portland Trail Blazers. Tragically, Swanigan passed away in June 2022 at the age of 25, leaving behind a legacy of resilience and talent.
