Cadet Command
Cadet Command is a branch within the U.S. Army responsible for recruiting, training, and developing future Army officers through the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program. It coordinates college-based programs that prepare cadets with leadership, military skills, and discipline, enabling them to serve as officers upon graduation. Cadet Command ensures consistent standards and supports cadets’ academic and physical development, fostering responsible and capable leaders for the Army and national service.
