Cadet Command

Cadet Command is a branch within the U.S. Army responsible for recruiting, training, and developing future Army officers through the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program. It coordinates college-based programs that prepare cadets with leadership, military skills, and discipline, enabling them to serve as officers upon graduation.
