Bruner's Constructivist Theory suggests that learners actively construct their own understanding and knowledge of the world through experiences and interactions. Instead of passively receiving information, individuals interpret new information in the context of what they already know, building upon their existing cognitive structures. This process is guided by encouragement and scaffolding from educators or more knowledgeable others, helping learners develop deeper comprehension.
