Briggs personality theory

Briggs personality theory, also known as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), classifies people into 16 personality types based on four pairs of preferences: how they focus their attention (extraversion or introversion), how they gather information (sensing or intuition), how they make decisions (thinking or feeling), and how they organize their world (judging or perceiving). These preferences help describe how individuals see the world, communicate, and approach tasks, offering insights into their behaviors and interactions. The goal is to foster better self-understanding and improve how people work and relate to others.
