BrainPlasticity

Brain plasticity, also called neuroplasticity, is the brain's ability to adapt and change throughout life. It allows neurons (brain cells) to form new connections, strengthen existing ones, or reorganize after injury or learning. This flexibility is what enables us to acquire new skills, recover from brain injuries, and adapt to new experiences. Essentially, your brain is not fixed; it continuously rewires itself in response to your thoughts, actions, and environment, making learning and adaptation possible at any age.
