Brad Friedel (American footballer)

Brad Friedel is a retired American goalkeeper known for his long career in professional soccer. He played for various clubs mainly in England, including Blackburn Rovers, Aston Villa, and Tottenham Hotspur, becoming one of the most experienced and respected shot-stoppers in the Premier League. Friedel was recognized for his exceptional reflexes, leadership, and durability, often playing at a high level into his 40s. He also represented the United States national team, earning numerous caps. After retiring from playing, he pursued coaching and management, contributing his expertise to developing goalkeepers and teams.
