Brachiosauridae
Brachiosauridae was a family of large, long-necked dinosaurs that lived during the Late Jurassic period. They are known for their distinctive body shape, with longer fore limbs than hind limbs, giving them a more upright posture. This adaptation helped them reach high vegetation like tall trees. Brachiosaurids were among the tallest and heaviest land animals, measuring up to 80 feet long and weighing as much as 80 tons. Their unique skulls and elongated necks set them apart from other sauropods, making them important in understanding dinosaur evolution and the diversity of prehistoric plant-eaters.
