Bottle to Bottle recycling

Bottle-to-bottle recycling involves collecting used plastic bottles, cleaning and processing them into new raw material, and then manufacturing new bottles from that material. This process reduces waste and conserves resources by reusing the same type of plastic, typically PET (polyethylene terephthalate). The bottles are shredded into flakes, cleaned thoroughly, melted, and then reformed into pellets that can be used to produce new bottles. This closed-loop system minimizes environmental impact, saves energy, and helps prevent plastic waste from ending up in landfills or oceans.
