Bolivar

Bolívar, also known as Simón Bolívar, was a Venezuelan leader who played a key role in Latin America's struggle for independence from Spanish rule in the early 19th century. Often called "El Libertador," he led military campaigns across several countries—from Venezuela and Colombia to Peru—helping them become independent nations. Bolívar's vision was to unify Latin America into a single continent of free, democratic countries. His leadership and ideas greatly shaped the region's history, and he is remembered as a national hero in many Latin American countries.
